All workouts connected through your Garmin or Suunto device to automatically populate the planned session, giving notification to your trainer for instant analysis and feedback.

Your coach will see every detail of your session and the hard work you put in. This is analysed, evaluated and fed back - altering how we move forward to get the most from your time.

Weekly review emails and bi-monthly skype screen share allow you to know exactly how your training is progressing.

Head Coach & Founder

Be Fearsome Head Coach and Founder, Tom Frearson, is a passionate fitness professional with a background of coaching hundreds of clients from complete beginner to elite GB age-group athletes.

 

A keen triathlete himself, he understands exactly what it takes to achieve your goals, around the challenges and limitations of day to day family and work commitments.

 

Specialises in: Triathlon Coaching, Ironman Coaching, Endurance Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, Programming.

Yoga Instructor

For flexibility, recovery and rehab Sarah is your go-to person. She specialises in sports-based yoga for producing a better-rounded athlete.

 

One constant in Sarah's life, regardless of location, has been yoga. With sixteen years of experience, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and we are privileged to have her on our team.

 

Specialises in: Yoga, Rehab, Recovery stretching.
