Founder & Head Coach

Tom founded Be Fearsome Performance following his own transformation from an unfit university dropout to Royal Marines Commando, anti-piracy team leader, Ironman athlete, and qualified performance coach.

His coaching is built on lived experience.

After earning the Green Beret with the Royal Marines and leading armed security teams offshore, Tom transitioned into endurance sport and human performance coaching. He has completed multiple Ironman events and works with individuals and organisations seeking sustainable, long-term capability.
