Workplace Wellness Week is a focused intervention designed to reset energy, reinforce healthy behaviours, and signal meaningful investment in your people. It integrates physical performance, behavioural awareness, and recovery education into a single structured week.

Programme Structure.
Wellness Week is delivered over six structured days. Each day has a clear theme, practical actions, and a purpose inside the wider performance picture.
DAY 1
Preparation & Planning
Focus: Establish baseline, set intent, remove friction.
Includes: simple pre-week check-in, schedule alignment, practical setup (timing, access, expectations).

Exercise & Movement

DAY 2
Nutrition
Focus: Energy fundamentals through food quality and consistency.
Includes: performance-led principles, simple meal structure, common workplace pitfalls, realistic improvements.
Outcome: More stable energy and fewer afternoon crashes.
DAY 5
Sleep
Focus: Recovery quality and sleep structure.
Includes: simple sleep hygiene, evening routines, stress-downshift practices, workload boundaries.
Outcome: Better recovery, improved mood, stronger decision-making.
DAY 3
Hydration
Focus: Hydration as a performance multiplier (energy, focus, recovery).
Includes: hydration baseline, practical targets, caffeine awareness, easy workplace habits.
Outcome: Improved clarity, reduced fatigue, better training and recovery response.
DAY 6
Mental Health Awareness
Focus: Stress literacy, emotional regulation, and supportive team culture.
Includes: recognising overload patterns, practical regulation tools, shared language, signposting where required.
Outcome: Stronger resilience and a healthier performance culture.
